The dark chocolate shell has just the right snap, and the salted caramel inside is perfectly gooey without being sticky. The balance of salt and sweetness is spot on.
The cocoa powder dusting is the perfect touch, cutting through the richness of the dark chocolate shell. These salted caramels are incredibly smooth and the new recipe really delivers on that salty-sweet balance. I've already ordered another box.
