Onze interpretatie van de klassieke Italiaanse biscuit combineert onze Colombiaanse pure chocolade met een heerlijke mix van gekonfijte sinaasappel- en citroenschil, amandelen, hazelnoten en gouden rozijnen. Vervolgens mengen we dit alles met onze perfect decadente, in kleine batches gemaakte, eigen gezouten karamel.
