We gebruiken de beste suikers, echte honing en een kleine hoeveelheid zuiveringszout om het mengsel te laten borrelen. Nadat we de honingraat hebben gekookt, opgeschuimd, gekoeld en gebroken, bedekken we elk stuk dubbel met heerlijke donkere Colombia 61% chocolade.

Wij vinden dat de donkere chocolade de zoete honingraat perfect in balans brengt. Tot verrassing van sommigen verkopen we net zoveel donkere chocolade-honingraat als melkchocolade-honingraat, Milkey Hokey Pokey - het is heerlijk.
