I wasn't expecting the marmalade to be so subtle yet distinct—the 61% cocoa keeps it from getting too sweet, and the finish really does linger.

The 61% cocoa is perfectly balanced—rich without being bitter—and the marmalade note is subtle but very real. I wish the bar were a bit bigger for the price, but the lingering finish is hard to beat.
