The drops melt nicely, though I find the 61% cacao a bit less sweet than most dark hot chocolates I've tried. It makes a decent cup but I prefer something richer for a nightly treat.
These drops taste quite good, with a rich 61% cocoa flavor that's not too sweet. For the 2.5kg bulk bag, I wish the pieces were a bit smaller to dissolve more evenly in milk, but it works fine for a cozy mug.
