Our take on the classic Italian biscuit pairs our Colombian dark chocolate with a delicious mix of candied orange and lemon peel, almonds, hazelnuts, and golden raisins. Then we blend it all together with our perfectly decadent, small batch, house salted caramel.
The candied orange and lemon peel really comes through against that dark chocolate, and the hazelnuts give it a nice crunch. I finished half the box in one sitting without even realizing it.
