The caramel is perfectly swirled through the chocolate, not just a blob in the center. It’s sweet without being cloying, and that 39% cocoa gives it just enough richness to feel grown-up. I’ve already ordered two more bars.
I was hesitant about caramel chocolate bars, but this one truly nails the balance with the 39% cocoa adding a rich, almost savory edge. The texture is wonderfully smooth, and the sticky toffee pudding memory it evokes is spot-on. Just wish the caramel flavor lingered a bit longer on the finish.
The 39% cocoa gives it a pleasant depth without being too bitter, though I wish the caramel chunks were a little more plentiful. Still, it's a nice nostalgic treat.
