I ate three in a row before I could stop myself, the blonde ganache is so smooth and the outer shell has that perfect snap. These little squares are dangerously good, I’m already planning my next order.
The ganache is so silky it practically melts before you can chew, and that double layer of blonde chocolate makes each one a tiny indulgence. I told myself I’d ration them, but the whole box vanished in two sittings—dangerously addictive is right.
I was worried these would be too sweet, but the ganache inside is perfectly balanced and melts at room temperature like butter. The outer shell gives a nice snap before you hit that creamy center. Box of 16 didn't last two days in my house.
