The crunch from the meringue pieces against the smooth white chocolate is such a fun contrast, and the raspberry tartness keeps it from being too sweet. I've already eaten three of the truffles on my own, they're dangerously good.
The six truffles are a lovely bonus, but the real win is the crunchy meringue pieces tucked inside the white chocolate shell. I ended up eating half the egg in one sitting, it's that good.
The tart raspberry really cuts through the sweetness of the white chocolate, and the crunchy meringue bits give it a lovely texture. Those six truffles on the side are a nice bonus, made it feel like a proper treat.
