The white chocolate is beautifully creamy and not too sweet, perfectly balanced by the tart raspberry pieces. My favorite part were the six white chocolate truffles, which were rich and smooth. This egg feels like a special treat for Easter.
The crunch from the meringue pieces mixed with the smooth white chocolate is a fantastic texture combo, and the tart raspberry cuts the sweetness just right. Those six truffles were a nice bonus too.
I was skeptical about raspberry and white chocolate together, but the tart raspberry really balances the sweetness perfectly. The crunchy meringue pieces inside add a lovely texture.
The white chocolate shell is perfectly creamy, and the tart raspberry and crunchy meringue bits make every bite interesting. Those six truffles were a lovely surprise—rich and smooth.
